We log into your DNS provider and email platform, configure your custom domain email routing end-to-end, and verify everything is working before we're done. No PDFs, no instructions for you to follow — we make the changes on your actual systems. You end up with a live, working setup like [email protected] forwarding or sending correctly.

Do I have to share my passwords with you?
You can share temporary credentials, add us as a guest admin, or screen-share while we guide the exact changes, whichever you are comfortable with. We only access what is needed to complete the routing configuration and nothing else.
What email platforms and DNS providers do you support?
We work with all major DNS providers (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Route 53, and others) and email platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail, and Fastmail. If you are unsure whether your setup qualifies, message us before purchasing.
What if something is not working after you finish?
We do not close out until we have sent and received a test message confirming the routing works. If something breaks or propagation causes an issue within 48 hours of delivery, we will fix it at no additional charge.
